This aerial view from a drone shows our farm as it is today. Surrounded by the fertile farmland of Central Illinois, we are blessed to call this acreage home!

We are blessed to have several amazing bucks in our herd, including Torch. We had the opportunity to purchase him after he received his first grand champion point with MGR and were fortunate to be able to achieve his PGCH status.

Our goats and poultry are protected by three LGD's. Bear, Duke, and Gus make their presence known and are worth their weight in gold!

Our goat herd is blessed with an abundance of grass and legumes to forage on 24/7. The forage is a mixture of endophyte free tall fescue, orchard grass, smooth brome, redtop, red clover, and birdsfoot trefoil. We rotational graze our pastures as needed and also mow them to maintain our optimal grazing height to help reduce parasite load. We also flash graze our miniature horses to help break the parasite life cycle.

In 2013, we began showing our goats with MGR, and have been "hooked" ever since! We enjoy fitting them for the shows, visiting with the goat friends we have made over the years, competing, and learning how to improve our herd. We have been extremely humbled by the success we have had with our goats in the very short amount of time we have been exhibiting them!

We are blessed to have Dixie in our doe herd. We purchased her as a 6 month old and could see her potential right away! Under our exhibition, she was selected as Gr Ch Doe at shows in Illinois, Iowa, and Indiana, achieving her PGCH status.

On many occasions, the Lord blesses us with some amazing sunrises and sunsets, and we are blessed to be able to witness them!
